Returns, Refunds & Cancellations:

For Meals Subscription

  • Returns are not allowed, in case of damage during delivery or any case of tampering with the package, we can initiate a refund upon evaluating all the circumstances of the case.
  • If a customer is dissatisfied with the services and wants to terminate their subscription, they can submit a refund request with us. We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. Just contact us and we'll be happy to discuss.
  • Once we get the request for the termination of the subscription, our team will pause the meals from the next day, and check the account for the balance number of meals, and the ones that have not been consumed will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. Refunds will be intimated and reflected in the customer's bank account within 5-6 working business days.

Replacement & Exchange Policy

For Meals Subscription

  • In case of any issues with the delivered meals, such as incorrect items or quality concerns, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will evaluate the issue and, if valid, arrange for a replacement meal to be delivered at no additional cost.
  • Exchanges are not applicable for perishable food items due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

For Meals Subscription

  • Delivery Schedule: All Growfit meal deliveries are pre-scheduled based on your chosen subscription plan. Delivery slots and days are confirmed at the time of purchase or renewal.
  • Processing Time: Once your subscription is confirmed, your first delivery is typically scheduled within 1–2 business days, unless a later start date has been selected.
  • Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to specific serviceable locations in Bengaluru, India. You can check availability for your area during checkout or by contacting our support team.
  • Delivery Timings: Meals are delivered fresh daily within your selected time slot. Breakfast between 7-9 AM, Lunch between 12-2 PM, and Dinner between 7-9 PM.
  • Delivery Charges: Delivery charges, if applicable, are included in your subscription plan or shown during checkout.
  • Delays & Exceptions: While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen factors such as weather, traffic conditions, or operational constraints. In such cases, our team will notify you promptly.
